Kevin Gill Show Episode 92 Features Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed

The latest episode of the Kevin Gill Show features a great interview with Jamey Jasta, frontman of Hatebreed. This interview is full of inside information about touring and all the business that goes behind selling his hardcore artwork aka rocking music. KG and Jamey really get into talking about how the music industry is changing more and more so the musicians and artist really can’t make a living off their artwork anymore. You can’t bootleg a sandwich, but you can get music for free and now it’s something that is expected. It really is an atrocity since music can really change your life while all the stuff people are willing to pay money for is really not that worthwhile like that sweat shop manufatured Nike.

It’s not all sersious business though. Jamey did start the interview with a hilirous story from his childhood about smoking some tainted blunts. He also related about drinking. “One’s too many and a thousand ain’t enough.” They also chopped it up about the 90’s punk rock and hardcore music scene. Jamey talks a little bit about Hatebreed’s newest album Concrete Confessional.

They wrapped the show up with a little PMA, for it is the PMA power hour! Jamey related his use of postive mental thinking. When you are hating or getting down on yourself you got to just force those postive thoughts into your brain. You will find it will give you that postive mental attitute you were needing. I know I have done that myself. You got to just power youself through the mental bs and change it to the positive.
