Early last year, there was news
of a new video game based off of the Friday the 13th
franchise. Now, production is in full swing and the game seems to be coming along nicely. However, not everything runs smoothly all the time. The game is going to be motion capture, so all the stunts in the game itself are performed by actual people through the special technology used. Probably one of the best parts of this video game becoming a reality is that Kane Hodder
is the man behind the stunts. He is of course playing the part of Jason Voorhees
, his most recognized movie role in which he was the only actor to have portrayed the famous serial killer more than once. Even though Jason
is an unstoppable force, let’s not forget that he can still get injured, just as any normal human being can.
As an example, Kane was recently injured while stunting for the video game. It is unclear how he obtained the injury, but however it happened, it certainly left a gnarly looking bruise along his tricep. This just goes to show that even the strongest people get hurt sometimes, but hopefully Kane will be healed up soon and Friday the 13th: The Game will be available within this next year.
