Michael Myers Is Returning To Halloween Horror Nights 2016!

Michael Myers

Few have captured the true spirit of Halloween as well as Michael Myers, the boogieman of Haddonfield. He has haunted people’s nightmares for decades, simultaneously becoming one of the most popular film franchises of all time within the horror genre. Yes, the Halloween legacy could never possibly be beaten. So when it comes to the actual holiday, horror fans everywhere have been found running around in masks akin to the one in the films, scaring the hell of out children and even some adults since the very beginning. Back in 2014, though, Universal Studios in Orlando truly brought the horror to life during Halloween Horror Nights, bringing forth an attraction dedicated completely to the Michael Myers and Halloween legacy. Visitors could walk through the infamous Myers home, only to be stalked by “The Shape”. For Halloween Horror Nights 2016, Michael will be coming back home.

As with the first sequel of the film franchise, the 2016 attraction known as Halloween: Hell Comes To Haddonfield will pick up right where the previous attraction left off. According to the Universal Studios blog

“Just like the movies, we’ve been inspired to continue the story. You’ll experience the final scene of 2014’s maze and immediately walk in-between the homes of Haddonfield. You’ll be attacked by Myers the entire way before seeking refuge within the hospital. We’re recreating all the iconic events from the story, including Myers’ fiery ‘end'”.

Check out the attraction’s trailer below!

If you would like to witness this awesome event for yourself, head over to the official Halloween Horror Nights website and pick up your tickets in advance today! While you’re there, be sure to check out all of the other attractions that will be featured, including The Exorcist and Texas Chainsaw Massacre haunts.
