Huffington Post recently published an article giving Twiztid a second look, as well as the Juggalo Family.Author Kelly Frazier took to Fright Fest, and found more love than what was expected. From The general atmosphere of well being, right down to homies being happy for a friend who VIP’d, even when they themselves didn’t get to share in that experience. Praising Juggalo Family to be a place of general acceptance with no expectations of anyone – that is, you love us, we love you homie! – Frazier also writes about how the way fanbase within the Juggalo Family works very differently than in almost any other. Twiztid asks Family to give of their time and charity, and Family asks Twiztid to give of themselves to their shows, art and profession.
The article wraps up with news of the coming Twiztmas Party, scheduled for doors to open at 7:00 P.M at The Crofoot in Pontiac, Mi. Show will take place on December 5th, and will be bringing with it Blaze Ya Dead Homie, as well as Krizz Kaliko. A silent auction to take place giving Family a chance to leave the show with their very own exclusive merchandise – and best of all if you bring you canned goods for donation you’ll be helping Gleaners Community Food Bank, and auction proceeds will benefit the Humane Society and St. Judes Childrens Hospital. Did we mention the canned goods will get you in free?
Broke as a joke? No Worries homies! If your own cupboards are bare but you don’t care gotta get to the show, $1.00 plus service fees is what you’ll be paying to make it into this amazing event.
